The company was founded in 1932 in Odense, Denmark where the head office is still located. In addition the group is represented with its own companies in Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy, and accounts for export to more than 60 countries. Damixa has been part of the Masco Group since 1976.
In 2002 the group had approx. 630 employees and the sales amounted to approx. 100 million Euro.
